Don't know quite how it happened, however we appear to have settled upon a monkey theme for the two kids. Eryn has been reading a book we found in the hospital book store called "My Mom Calls Me Monkey Pants". The kids enjoy the book, though I think mom enjoys reading it more.
Gavin & Griffin's Great Aunt Mary and Great Uncle Dennis sent them a monkey blanket which is now sitting on top of each of their incubators. The monkeys round out the monkey booties, monkey onesies, monkey clocks and monkey sheets for our two little monkeys.
Mommy calls me Monkeypants...just why I do not know.
Mommy calls me Shooting Star...'cause I can fly and glow.
Mommy calls me Snuggle-up...we love a treetop cuddle!
Mommy calls me Splishy-splash...'cause we play in a puddle.
Mommy calls me Polka Dot...her special spotted lady.
Mommy calls me Number 12...cause she has so many babies!
Mommy calls me Giddyup...it's lots of fun to ride me!
Mommy calls me Tagalong...I keep her right beside me.
Mommy calls me Peekaboo...her bouncy baby roo.
Mommy calls me Funny Face...and look-she has one, too!
Mommy calls me Hollywood...I'm known to steal the show.
Mommy calls me Monkeypants...because she loves me so!
